Velphar the Kobold

Kobolds are supposed to keep to their tunnels — torchlit, gold-hoarded, knee-deep in the kind of trouble that makes adventuring parties roll initiative. Velphar read the rulebook and threw it in a hot spring. He cashed in a season's worth of dragon-tithe, booked a cabana, and turned up poolside in a swimsuit two scales too tight, drink already half-gone.

He's small. He's smug. He's exactly as much of a handful as he looks.

Sculpted on the trimmer side of our lineup to suit his frame: lean lines, a confident little curve, and just enough scaled detailing along the underside to remind you what species you're playing with.
